Refund policy

Refunds

Lyora offers refunds only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition, and only if the refund request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are not available for general dissatisfaction once a product has been opened or used.

How to Request a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the product is unopened and unused, with all seals intact

  • A brief explanation for the request

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be approved.

If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us via the contact details provided on our website.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken or tampered seals

  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days

  • Buyer’s remorse after a product has been opened

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order.


Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults and other remedies as required by law.
